At Veloce Foils we build competition-grade propellers, made to measure for each rider. Every geometry is designed and tested in CFD simulation — virtual water — before it is ever manufactured.

CFD Helice efoil

CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) shows us exactly how water will flow around a propeller before we manufacture it. The payoff: more thrust per watt and a quieter, smoother ride.

We build meshes with high topological resolution, applying anisotropic elements in critical areas such as leading edges, trailing edges and blade tips.

 

This level of detail lets us predict and eliminate cavitation — the main source of noise, vibration and wasted energy.
