This Shipping and Returns Policy aims to provide general and transparent information on the conditions applicable to the preparation, shipment and possible return of products offered through this website, in accordance with the regulations in force regarding e-commerce and the protection of consumers and users.
SHIPPING POLICY
1. SCOPE AND SHIPMENT PREPARATION
Shipments of products offered through this website are handled, as a general rule, from Spanish territory.
Shipment preparation takes place once the information required for processing has been verified, including, where applicable, confirmation of the conditions applicable to the requested product.
Certain products may require specific technical manufacturing, adjustment, verification or inspection processes prior to shipment, depending on their characteristics or specifications. In such cases, preparation lead times may be longer than those for standard products.
The indicated lead times are approximate and may be affected by technical factors, material availability, inspection processes, transport or logistical causes beyond VELOCE's control.
2. DELIVERY METHODS AND LEAD TIMES
Delivery lead times depend on the type of product, the destination of the shipment and the applicable logistical conditions in each case.
As a general rule:
– Standard products are prepared and dispatched in accordance with the lead times indicated during the order or contracting process.
– Products configured or adjusted to specific requirements may require additional technical preparation time prior to dispatch.
The transport services used provide shipment tracking and traceability systems; however, they do not guarantee an exact delivery date, as this depends on external logistical factors.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated based on objective criteria such as weight, volume and destination.
This information is provided prior to the final confirmation of the order or contract, allowing the user to know the total cost before completing the relevant process.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
For shipments destined outside the territory of the European Union, customs duties, fees, taxes or other charges arising from the customs regulations of the destination country may apply.
Such costs are not included in the product price or in the indicated shipping costs and, where applicable, must be borne by the recipient in accordance with the applicable legislation.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish consumer and user protection regulations, the user is entitled, as a general rule, to a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without the need to justify their decision and without any penalty, provided that the legally established requirements are met.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be subject to the conditions set out in the applicable regulations.
6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to products that have been manufactured to individual specifications or that are clearly personalised, in accordance with the legally established exceptions for goods made to the user's specifications.
These exceptions shall apply exclusively in the cases provided for by the applicable regulations.
7. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OF NON-PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
For the return of products not falling within the legal exceptions to be accepted, the following general conditions must be met:
– The product must be in perfect condition, unused beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning, in a manner equivalent to that permitted in a physical store.
– The original packaging, as well as any accessories and documentation included, must be retained.
– The return must be made within the legally established period from receipt of the product.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return not being accepted, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
8. REFUND OF AMOUNTS
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with applicable legislation, the amounts corresponding to the returned product and, where applicable, the standard shipping costs initially paid will be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, within the maximum period provided for by applicable regulations, once the condition of the returned product has been verified.
9. RETURN COSTS
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the direct costs arising from returning the product may be borne by the user, in accordance with consumer and user protection regulations.
In cases where the seller is legally required to bear such costs, the applicable regulations shall be followed.
RETURNS DUE TO DEFECT OR NON-CONFORMITY
10. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS OR TECHNICAL DISCREPANCIES
The legal guarantee covers manufacturing defects and possible lack of conformity of the product, under the terms provided for by applicable legislation.
In the event that a product presents a manufacturing defect or does not conform to the essential characteristics indicated, its repair, replacement or return may be arranged, even outside the general withdrawal period, provided that the relevant circumstances are evidenced and the legally required conditions are met.
